Hello - I am using the Pella window family from RevitCity. Everything is great except that the head height is listed as 6'-8" but comes into the schedule as 6'-6 3/4" I cannot find any reason for this. I have spent 2 hours digging for a solution to no avail. Does anyone have any ideas for me to try? TIA -

I've been using the Pella window for about a year and my head height comes out fine on the schedule. I was remembering back to when I start using it and I had a problem with the orgin. If you look at my March 31, 2006 posting where I asked Question for downloaded Pella DH Family, you'll see what I figured out. After that, everything worked like a charm for me. Something to try. But it was almost a year ago since I downloaded the family and maybe something else has changed.

That was my first problem fixed it because of your post. I'll re-download the family, re-import and hopefully all will be right. Thanks for the reply -
