I'm a first timer...be gentle...
I used the "Basic Wall: Foundation" for my foundation walls. When I open my elevations those wall show as solid. I would like for them to show as dashed in elevation views. When I go to my VG settings and change the Foundation Walls to dashed, nothing changes. They are still solid. What am I doing wrong? Can't find anything in the Revit "Help" on this.
Thanks.

The only way i can imagine to make these walls automatically dashed in elevation would be to use phase's and graphic filters...
Otherwise i would just use the linework tool on the elevations to change the appropriate lines to dashed.
