Hi everyone, I am trying to create an area schedule that can calculate the Total building area at multiple floors and at the same time gives the Total Ratio (% FSR) out of the Land Area. Tricky one, Any idea how to do it??? Question

Not sure what FSR is but you should be able to add calculated values in the schedule. When you edit the schedule click on Fields and then Calculated Value...You can add formulas to get what you need.

Revit will not let you use the value from one schedule in a different schedule. You have to simply define a new field and 'type' the value in on the land area to use in your floor calulations.  While Revit is great, this is an area that could use some improvement.

I'd like to know how you do with this.  We need to calculate floor area ratios (FAR) here, and will eventually need to do this on Revit.  What does the "S" in FSR stand for (or was it a typo)?  Cheers.
