I'm trying to make a landscape railing that will connect to columns, one being taller than the other so the top rail will have a pitch but the bottom rail will remain level. To complicate it, I would like it to form an arc in plan view. Any ideas?

Might try attaching the rail to a ramp to get the slope part and another rail to a slab to get the flat part. I'm not sure if you can do it with 1 rail.
