I have an elevation that shows a trash enclosure right smack in front of a door.  I need the door to read through so I have filtered out the walls and gates that we have modeled in.  The problem lies within trying to filter out the wall sweep I have used to create the cap of the wall.  It is now time to send the project out to bid and I can't seem to get rid of that pesky sweep in elevation.  Has anyone had experience with this??

Have you tried putting all of the items you don't want to show in a different phase?

Wall sweeps are a subcategory of walls in the Visibility/Graphics overrides, so you can turn them off in that particular view.

I have several different sweeps on the building and need to keep them all on accept one.  I've tried turning off the subcategory but it hides all sweep types.

What I ended up finding to work was to change the subcategory to common lines and turn those off.  I'm not exactly sure of a reason not to do this but I am certain there is one.  The rest of the model and set od drawings did not seem to be effected.
