hi...so whats everyone doing for their keynotes and keynote legends? i am doing many projects with the same legends in them and i want them to update all of them when i make changes...so what i had done is linked in a cad file in a drafting veiw. problem with this is a lot of time revit screws up text in cad files...anything that has been "tabbed" has a little square there and the paragraphs dont line up right. is there any way of doing this this in revit without have to reload a family?

dont know if this helps, but there is a legend/schedule tabe on the design bar- i studied this for a short period of time and it seemed to mimic the legends i was trying to unsuccessfully import from CAD into Revit- HTH
