So I was adding revisions to a project today (the first revision since 9.1 I might add) and noticed that the revision schedules in my titleblocks were not updating. Investigating this further, I went into the titleblock family and found that my revision schedule had been converted to plain text and that I am no longer able to add a revision schedule to my titleblock (See attached image, View >> New >> Revision Schedule is greyed out!) So I started a brand new titleblock family just to see, and sure enough, the Revision Schedule command is greyed out there as well. What's going on?! Did 9.1 get rid of the revision schedule command or did something funky happen with my Revit install?

You fell victim to one of the classic blunders. The most famous is never get involved in a land war in asia, but only slightly less well known is this! Never go in against a Sicilian when death is on the line! |

It is still there in my version of 9.1 Revit Building. Are you using the latest build? Did you re-use the revit.ini file from 9.0? That will sometimes cause errors. Try re-installing if all else fails.

Currently Updating to the latest build. Hopefully that solves it. Still trying to figure out how my revision schedule would have been converted to plain text elements though.
