We have a project that has a number of drawings linked into one file. I was recently printing a set of drawings for this project from the main file (with the links), and realized that the doors weren't appearing in the prints for some views. The doors would even disappear in the print preview, but they were all present in the model. I tried linking the drawings into a whole new project; I tried copying the objects from one of the linked drawings into a new file and linked that; I tried replacing the doors in the project with another family of doors; I tried changing the scale of the drawings; I tried changing the view properties and visibility settings. The doors print fine in the individual drawings. The same problem has been replicated on a number of other computers with the same drawings and nothing I or my colleagues tried made the doors stop disappearing.

So do these linked drawings display fine on screen in the main file? If so, and its just when you print that these doors disappear, printing with raster processing usually resolves issues like this... However, this shouldn't be happening in the first place. Post a support request with Autodesk. HTH.

To answer your question, yes, the doors display fine in the main file on screen in every view. Also, the raster processing trick worked, so thanks.
