Thanks to hjacobs first on his reply to my earlier querry. However, can materials be assigned within Revit to these blocks once imported?
Why do exploded 3D blocks become 2D?

I might be wrong, but I don't think u can assign materials to imported 3d dxf's. Give it a try and let us all know how it works out.
