I'm just starting to render a small project we want to submit to an awards comp.  I was wondering if anyone could help to point me in the right direction with links to forums, web sites or anything related to getting really nice renderings from Revit.  I've looked around AUGI and RevitCity, but would like a little inside information on where the people in the know go.

Thanks in advance for all the help!

If I may give a bit of advise to a new renderer, I would say that the best renderings come after many drafts.  I render my scenes at 75 dpi dozens of times before rendering at a 300 dpi level.  This gives you plenty of opportunities to catch all of those little details that set your renderings apart.  Nothing is worse than waiting a hour or 2 just to find some mistake that requires a complete rerendering.  Take your time.  Also, use a real sky .jpg as a background instead of trying to get Revit to produce a believable sky.

Good luck, and post your rendering when your done.
