I have a question on how to make curbs from an imported site? I am having a problem because there are multiple curves and was wondering if there is a way to match the curve of the terrain just 6 inches up in order to give the appearence of a curb on the site. Has anyone had any experience with this? Thanks

Good question. I know you can sweep a profile, but how do you follow a 3d path? Sites are never flat!

I had a similar problem, how does one create a 3D path, what seems to work for me when generating curbs, is to put a wall where you want to draw your curb, then in that elevation pick the plane (the wall) you want to use to sketch your 2D path, and draw your path following the contours of your site. That should work. Let me know.

What if you have a curved wall, such as an inlet for a drive that also slopes down, this creates a coplex curve situation. How do you solve the problem of the complex curve? Thanks.

Okay,
Not entirely sure this will work as i haven't tried it.
If you wish to use the wall method, create an in-place family void as a wall, and use it to cut the unwanted section of the top of the wall, to get the required slope. Then create another inplace family for the kerb, Choose sweep, pick path, then pick the top edge of the wall and setup the require profile and finish.
It may not work if your profile has curves in it, and if there are more than one lines that need to picked for the path, then they will all need to be done separately.
