I am having a very slow setup process for my global lineweights. I am adjusting them through "Object Styles" but find the trial & error / print & view method quite frustrating. I dont understand the relevance of a "Header" Lineweight followed by numerous subcategories that can be individually set. What does the header linweight control. Is there a simple method or a good tutorial. A thread sugested there was a tutorial on this site but I am unable to locate it.

Any help much appreciated
