Not sure if that is what revit calls them, I am a very very new user but i am trying to do a brick pilaster along the wall that sticks out 8 inches and is 2 feet long. I tried doing it in multipart walls with a new wall style at the pilaster but that doesnt work, and i have no idea how to do this. any suggestions would be helpful. I have the revit building book by Aubin coming i just dont have it yet. I am, for the time being, trying to learn this on my own so any and all help is appreciated and sorry about the newbie questions.

Do your pilaster as a column. You could also do it as a vertical sweep but that would be harder.
