Last week I conquered how to put an arched opening into a curved wall, with the help of this site, of course. Now I would like to put some stucco banding around the arched opening that is on the wall with a radius. I have tried creating a family with a sweep, which fits the opening well in elevation view. The problem is, however that the path is only 2d and therefore does not follow the radius of the wall. Any suggestions? Thanks,AJ

Just use the paint bucket tool to apply your finish to the sides of the opening.
