I need to create a titleblock with a large block of screen (think printing in offset or as in newspapers). Think hatch using a percentage screen rather than hatching as a solid or filling with a colour. This block will have drop out text and logos to sit on top of the screen as they are imported from a cad format. The problem I am having right now is importing another cad logo. Text will sit on top of the fill and yet any lines of the logo will slip under. Using nudge shows how the one image gets divided between the top and underside of the colour. This will only be needed for a 2D situation so shading and shadows doesn't cut it as that 's for 3D. Rivet is new to me so I may not be handling the properties correctly. At least I am hoping it's an O.R.P. (Operator Related Problem) and not something I wish Autodesk had as a remarkable feature.

Can you do your logo in a bitmap format like ,bmp . jpg or png?  Revit handles bitmpas quite nicely.  Simply insert them using the File>Import Link>Image and select your image.

Tried that and yes Revit handles import quite nicely. The quest is to make the fill colour transparent or finding why the logo splits the way it does (text sits on top while lines are hidden under the colour). Anyone try to import a tff or bmap from a CorelDraw program yet?
