I have assemble a series of drawings at 1"=20' with a define sheet at 11x17 for my printer. When I print out the 11x17 the scale is wrong. It appears that the sheet edge as define is being printed out on the actual paper size with a defined border, in other words the edge of the define revit sheet at 11x17 is inset on the actual 11x17 paper......any ideas or guidance Thanks

Have you checked the print scale on the setup dialog of the print window? It should work if you have it set to 100%. if it is 'Fit to Page' then Revit will try to print that border. I'm not sure if that is the problem, but it might be a good place to start looking.
