Graphisoft has Archicad compatible ArchiFM for facility management (maintenence- post construction). Does any one know/use revit-compatible software for facility management? Help is extremely welcome. thanks in advance.

Autodesk recently purchased FM Desktop and it does FM via the DWF format which can be published out of Revit. http://usa.autodesk.com/adsk/servlet/index?id=8140558&siteID=123112 There is not a strong 2 way link yet between FM Desktop and Revit, but they are working to improve it.
