I need to move my Secong and Thrid Floor up 6". I try and change the height by typing in the new height on the level marker, but this brings havok to the model. I'd like to just be able to select the second and third floor with a window in an elevation view and move them up 6 inches. Is there a way to do this????

You should be able to simply change the RL of the level without any major problems. You can also just use the move tool when you have the elements selected.... what sorta havoc are you referring to? Often the way you have modelled the building (walls, floors, roofs etc) in the first place will affect how easy it is to change things later on. Walls are a good example, and its usually easiest to make sure there are logical top and bottoms to these.
