need to transfer all the company details from AutoCAD to Revit. We import the cad format file with a line style and thickness file to keep the same line style and thickness. Everything work find lines use the correct Revit thickness info, but the problem is when we explode the imported detail. All the lines info style and thickness are lost. Is it possible to keep the imported lines associate to revit line properties when dwg is exploded.

Importing and exploding AutoCAD files in Revit is not a good idea. If you want to recreate your standard detail library it is best to create a new project that you call "standard details"  Then in that project create new drafting views to hold your details.  "Link" the AutoCAD file in to the drafting view by checking the "link" button. Then "pick" over the AutoCAD lines using the Revit pick tool Cryingthe arrow cursor icon not he pencil tool)  If the AutoCAD detail is drawn correctly you can hover over a line, hit the TAB key and select a continous selection of AutoCAD lines then hit your left mouse button.

The text has to be typed in again or cut and pasted from AutoCAD to Revit.

This may seem like a lot of work, but it goes really fast once yu get the hang of it.  Keeping all Revit entities will pay off in the long run as yu don't have the AutoCAD stuff to deal with in your Revit file and behaviour of Revit enties is much better.
