There are two methods. 1. (if you want to include the cornice on all walls of a certain type). Profile in wall family. Create a new family using the metric profile - hosted template. Now draw the profile of the cornice you wish to use. Note: it must be closed ie: a complete loop. There may also be a cornice already created that you could use... Now load the family into the project. Select a wall that you wish to apply the cornice to. Go to its properties, select edit/new Under structure choose edit. Select preview and change to the section view. Now select sweeps-->add Now select the profile, material and locate it 0 offset from top on the interior side of the wall. Now click okay until you close all windows and there you go. 2. For a single instance (ie: not all walls of a certain type only those selected) Go to a 3D or elevation view of the wall. Go to your modelling tab and select host sweep-->wall sweep. Setup the appropriate profile for your sweep and then select where on the wall or walls to locate it...
