One of my students has a complete set of floor plans finished and dimensioned at 3/8" = 1'-0".  The view properties verify that the view is at this scale.  When the view is placed on an ANSI-D sheet, using the REVIT Residential template and plotted the views fail to plot at the stated scale.  On this student's station, I personally created a new project using the same residential template, and plotted my results and all was to scale.  Any advice would be appreciated.

hmmm, strange,

the only thing I can think of (and I'm sure you check it) is the plot setting on his machine, current view, or visible portion of the view...

Yes, I did check the plot settings.  Also sent his file to a different plotter in our room and came up with the same results.
