Where do they hide the list of uploaded and available families? Is it just me or is this new layout confusing?

They must be working on it cause it doesn't look like it did when they first had this new layout.

yea, i agree with MrBob, something is going on. it's not the original layout from the new launch hopefully we will be given some info soon

I have the exact same problem. It seems I can't find ANY family that I search for. I am looking for fixed arched window with mullions as well. If you guys find out how to download from the new upgraded website please let everyone know!

Sorry about the problem guys, it was a bug that we believe has finally been corrected. as of the moment of this writting the downloads are working...hopefully we don't see this problem again.
