I am having a lot of troule finding things on the downloads/family site. More often than not I get something unrelated to my search or very few items at all. These are simple searches like "doors". Specifially I am looking for a family of "Fire Rated Doors". The new search engine appears to be more confusing than the old one. The old one was not bad...it at least was simple and straight forward. Any words of wisdom on how to best search for familys is greatly appreciated. Thanks, Boydj

I am also have a problem with the downloads. It happend to me a couple of days ago the same thing. Nothing is showing up. I think it needs some work.
