We'll we've hopefully addresses many of your requests for improvments, but if we've missed something, or our implementation wasn't quite what you had envisioned, please let us know in this thread.

There is a seperate "Bug" thread for bugs you find, where things just simply don't work.

when in the Download form and you make a selection in the frame on the left side of the screen that is displayed in the center frame. there is no visual highlighting on the left or titling in the center frame that lets you know what division you are currently viewing. this make it a little diffucult to navigate when you for get what section you selected

Please add the small thumbnail back to the downloads page. It really helped to know what you where downloading.

Chris

nevermind... it seems what I was looking for didn't have a thumbnail. Maybe adding a default "No Thumbnail" would be good..

Is it possible to have the articles NOT on the home page, from my point of view the discussions/advice forums are the main reason I come into this site , not for the articles (It's a bit like a playboy magazine- I don't read the articles)

I agree with geoffy about the articles.  I do like that the search is a lot better.  Maybe people will actually do a search of their problem before they post a new thread on a similar subject.  The similar threads at the bottom of the page is nice.

think its possible to put the downloads listed under "Uncategorized" into the categories that they actually belong to?  there are many useful DLs in that folder that are difficult to find because the up-loaders were to lazy or ignorant to place it where it should be (yes, i'm referring to you).  i would guess that 70% of that category should be listed elsewhere.  if it is too difficult for moderators to moderate then allow users to warn or suggest mis-categorization.

thnx

Hi,

Is there any possibilities to set the latest forum posted as the default setting everytime we switch to revitcity homepage?

I don't mind having the user ranking as the default setting but I have to switch to the latest forum posted everytime I am on revitcity to see what's new on the forum.

Properly we can have a vote on revitcity to see what should be the default setting

There are defaults for those users who just "visitors" meaning they are not logged into the site. If you log in, and then change what is displayed on the home page, the site should remember your settings for the next time you log in.

then can we change the default setting for the 'visitor' to latest forum posts?....most of the time, I only visit the revitcity and don't logon in revitcity everytime.

open for discussion as this is my personal request only.

not sure if this is the best place to post this but here goes.

who do i complan to about users who are insulting to others on the chat rooms, at the moment 3 user clowes55  bergin113 & nhlfn999 are insulting everyone who joins the chat room which means everyone just leaves the chat room. they are using racsist sexist and gererally crude remarks to everyone who joins the chat rooms, none of them seem to have ever posted to the forum or uploaded anything, can you ban these users.

Coreed, If you are in the chat room when this is going on, you can ban users. You should see an admin button that will allow you to ban people in the chat room.

Let me know if you don't see this the admin button, I need to correct that.

Since the subject was brought up I too observed some inappropriate conversations going on in the chat room.
