Ok, I'm very new to Revit and have tried EVERYTHING I can find on here, AUGI, ect...I need an angled wall to hide the underside of my stairs in a room. If I try to edit the profile is forces me to a view facing the face of the wall rather than the side making it impossible to draw the angle I need. I'd attach my drawing but I can't figure out how to save it under 2mb...arg!
frustrated college kid,
Alex

I don't understand. Isn't the face what you want to edit the profile in? Or are you saying your wall runs parallel with the stair treads?
What you can do is post a screen shot in jpg format.
But if I'm correct in thinking what you want, you have to create like a floor or ceiling or roof with a slope angle on it
I don't think you can angle the top of the wall unless you attach it to a roof.

Im not sure thats what upitycracker is trying to do...
upity: Are you trying to lay something more like a ceiling under there to hide the stair structure? If so you'd be better off using the ceiling or roof tool and defining one edge as slope defining.
There is a way to lean walls out aswell as edit their profile, but it involves massing and gets pretty tricky as I understand it, if what youre trying to do is what I think youre trying to do, supplimenting a roof for the wall is a better workaround.
If this isnt what you're trying to do, could you explain again for us slow people please?
Hope this helps!
