How do I show a hatch pattern in existing walls? I've figured out to make the hatch show for a new wall, but have been unsuccessful in making it show on an existing wall. Thanks for any help!

hatch pattern in elevation or in plan? I'm assuming you mean plan. You need to go into your phase settings and alter the cut view of your existing phase. I usually set mine to have a thin black line and a grey solid fill cut pattern, but you could easily change it to any fill pattern in any color.
Its either under Settings - Phases - Graphic Overrides and click the little down arrow of the material, or go directly to Settings - Materials - and it should be Phase-Exist and you can change how it appears. Then play with your phase filters and those settings to get the correct phase and graphic overrides to show up in your drawings.
Hope this helps.
