Is it possible to have a composite column?
Firinstance: Show concrete as cut pattern and show a different material on elevation.

It sounds like you've answered your own question. You can make a new material and assign it to your column and give it the accurender qualities that you want to see in elevation and perspective views and then change the cut material for your plan views. As long as you keep you material names straight, you can have any cut pattern with any surface pattern with any accurender material.
hope this helps.
