We are working on a project which is fairly well advanced, and have just been told that the entire building needs to be lowered by 450mm.
Can anyone help with suggestions on how to do this with the least amount of changes - there are quite a few drawings with drafting lines complimenting the model (I am hoping that these will not have to be individually adjusted if the level drops)
Any help would be greatly appreciated

this is annoying but from our experience, it can be done, but not quickly. the trick we find is to renumber levels from bottom and work your way up. most things will work, but odd things go nuts. i think you can move the viewport in views which also moves drafting lines, but i could be completely wrong. experiment first and see what happens.
another thing is to check out the level parameter settings on the base level - i have had limited success with this, but i remember there was an extensive bit in help about changing settings of one level, then link others to it, then move that one level - have a look.
and lots of better revit users suggest linking buildings into a master file. that way you can move whole buildings - look in help?
hope my silly ramblings help, but the experts will know more.
