My wall type is set to 2x4 partition wall with a 12" tile pattern. Is there a way in Revit 8.1 to stop the tile pattern at 7'-0"? I want the tile to go up to 7'-0" and then have a blank wall above. Thanks for the help in advance.

Do the tutorial called "Working with Vertically Compound Walls" in the Revit help. It shows you how to split the wall and assign different materials to the wall.
