I am trying to put a modified version of the Revit Standard casement window (I removed the trim) into a stacked wall and I keep getting error messages- Instances of 48x48 not cutting anything. The window works in Basic walls and other window work in the stacked walls. Any ideas on a remedy? Thanks. Chuck

The problem with stacked walls and opening is which wall is hosting.  Remember, a stacked wall is really just seperate walls placed together.

Look at the thicknesses of your walls and the definitions of whatever you are placing.  Sometimes voids or openings in families can't find the wall to cut because they exist in a plane that only exists in the wall that really hosts them.   If you move your window up or down, it will probably host on one wall or the other.  Now you have to see what the problem is and fix it in the family or ... ?

Can't really answer more without seeing the family and the wall.
