So I'm sketching around my main level perimeter while working on my walls.
I then take a look at my lower level to make sure all is align.
And behold only Ref lines going West and East show.
None going North or South, but only on my lower level?
When I rotate a West and East Ref. line from my lower level even the slightest, it disapears. Is this just one of those glitch that if I sleep on it, it'll be gone by morning?
...just wondering.

Sorry,
The whole time I meant Ref. Plane.
Still, same problem.
