Refer FAQ on my blogsite
Ø diameter is created with Alt+0216 (on numpad or copy from character map)

In Windows go to Start>All Programs>Accessories>System Tools>Character Map. You can find almost ay character in there, click it and copy paste it is one way and the alt+ method is the easier way if you can remember some of the commands.

Try Start>All Programs>Accessories>System Tools>Character Map.
For free revit families I would check out www.specifiedby.com. Recently started using it. It's also the largest BIM library in the United Kingdom.
