I would like to include my own sky as part of a rendering (I have some very nice Montana sunset) but cannot seem to get the rendering to see the jpg I have created. I have made a JPEG the same size as the background sky's in the background folder, but REVIT only sees the existing sky JPEGS, not the one I created and inserted in the folder.
Also, the rendering documentation is really lacking, does anyone know of a good resource for rendering processes in REVIT. I have done the tutorials and read all of the available help info.
Thanks

Hey tasmart,
Background images in Revit arent specified by the specific folder they are in (like accurender materials), they are changed as part of the environment options under the rendering tab.
Which means that the location of the file on your hard drive is irrelevant, when you add a background image in the environment options you are asked to specify the file you'd like to use so you can hunt it down.
Making sense? Be sure to show off the finished rendering in the gallery for all to see - looking foward to seeing your Montana sunsets!
