I would like to see spot elevation which could show relative and absolut elevation of floor or other element or if I coluld to choose to show me elevation of top of concrete slab and floor finish separately

This is my first time posting. Has anyone figured out how to have a spot elevation that shows both relative and project elevation. I've attached 2 images to illustrate what I am looking for.
