Our title sheet has our logo at the bottom, sheet number, sheet name, project inforamtion (type of job, client name address), then our contact informaion, space for the seal, revision information space, checked by, drawn by, file name and date. Hope this helps.

Ours has all the info on the right hand side, so that when we roll our sheets, our logo, project information, sheet #, sheet name, space for stamp, etc, is readable without unrolling the whole set.
