Everyone should check out the accustudio website. Look under their exchange, then there is a good amount of very well drawn dwg files for download. The beauty of this site is that when you import the dwg into your generic model family, all of the materials are pre-assigned for you as intended. Brilliant. For me in particular, the vehicles section is loaded with excellent content, and it takes all of 2 minutes to convert into revit (there is even a TT that smeone has asked me for and firetruck that I know someone else wanted). I can't believe I didn't see it before! http://www.accustudio.com/exchange/objects.php?dir=

I took a look on your link http://www.accustudio.com/exchange/objects.php?dir= And looked for some characters. Yes there are characters - bad characters - sorry to say! Have a look on what I found. But if you can make nice cars this way - it is also possible to make nice characters. There is some places on the web - there you can exchange .3ds characters and more. Have a look - perhaps you find better places than this one.
