I was wondering if there was a command or procedure to allow you to reset all of the linework you have done in a particular view. Anyone have an idea?

no you can't as far as I know.
you could pick a line, right click and select all instances, and than change properties.

Quickest way would be to recreate the view...
Alternatively you could re-use the linework tool and set it by category then pick all your linework... It will only select lines that have been overridden.
HTH.
