does anyone know a way to show existing, phase 1, phase 2, and demo all on the same plan... with all floor tags intact and nothing being grayed out??? using the phase filter...

You need to create a new phase filter 'show all *2' and then for the 4 setting beside the filter name change to by category, if you leave overwritten on it will convert existing objects to the settings on 3rd tab graphic overrides. than closed the phase box. in your view type vp for view properties and at the bottom change the phase filter to your new show all *2.
