there should be an option for the setting if you are using a pre made wall type. if you make or modify an existing wall type you modify it changing the way the is built material wise such as the wall being made with an 3.625" stud and two layers of .625" gyp for a 2 hour wall. You can do this by clicking properties then clicking edit and clicking edit again
