Hi, It is me again.
Seems like a problem boy huh?!
Has anybody try to do tiling layout in Revit? at the moment, what I am trying is just change the floor or wall material and select ceramic wall finish and define using model fill patterns.
Question, What if I want to do a tiling layout and show different type of tiles or show different type of type sizes? Doing it in family? again? (Is there any easier way, out of this?)

Could check out to see if there has already been fill pattern with the feature tiles built into it? Otherwise you could splt the face of the floors where the features are to go and apply a different material/fill pattern.

Thanks, Never thought of that, Split surface.
I think it will work well in applying different tiles materials in a particular standard layout.
How about different special design layout especially for floor tiling layout with different tiles sizes, tile cuts and border tiles?
