Using similar multiple stacked wall types in the same plane but we get a line at each wall joint (see image). How do we hide these joint lines in 3D and elevations?

You can try using Join Geometry tool to join all those walls. As soon as they are joined, the lines will disappeared.

You can also try to use only one wall.
Place the two different window type's.
With split surface you can ad a different hatch surface pattern and material to the wall parts above the windows

That's the one, thanks! That's the command I was trying to use but the problem was that the walls did not actually meet. If you zoomed in really, really close then, you could see it. Thanks again!

Motorcity, I tried to call your work number today. But with only an internet nickname, I couldn't get through. Please call me or send me an email.

I had a wall once that wouldn't join no matter what I did...align, redraw it, everything it wouldn't work...I'm sure it was something I did wrong but I couldn't figure it out...so what I did was use the handy little linework type tool and set those lines to invisible. If you have a problem like that and you don't want to waste the day trying to figure it out (which most firms can't afford) then use to the linework tool...it works wonders...
