Is there a floor family or way to make my outside deck look like 2x6 planks laid on 2x10 floor joists? Wood type is irrelevant, but redwood is preferred.

Sure, just create a new floor using one of your floor assemblies, edit the "Structure", change the "Finish" (1st line) to "Wood-Flooring" and specifiy the joist size while you're at it.
