Pls let me know how to calculate surface area of the column ,also it should come in schedule.

Assuming that you mean that a column is round, and it's not a orthogonal pillar. If you know the height and the radius you have the surface. :-)
surface=2*3.14159265 * r * h
r=radius
h=height

the question was , how to find area of a curved or irregular surface in Revit.
