how can I get my new walls, in a remodelation plan, to be drawn with some kind of hatching, o something like that, so I can recognize them from the existing walls? is there something like demo plans, but with new walls?

One method is to show the existing walls as in-filled solid with a grey tone.
To do so you need to use phases. Place the existing walls in the existing phase, then set the properties of material "Phase -existing" (settings>materials) to have a cut pattern of "solid fill" and choose a grey tone for hte solid fill. Then make sure yu view is set to Phase: New Construction with a phase filter of: Show Previous plus New. You existing walls will then be at the greytone and the new ones with no fill.
Just FYI, the material assigned to a phase is set by Setting>Phases>Graphic Overrides[tab]
