Hi all
can anybody help me with scheduling room tags.
the problem i have is that when i insert a room tag into a project and then create a schedule from these room tags it will only allow me to schedule the room areas in either square feet or square metres depending on the project standards.
i work in the housing market and i really need to be able to schedule both types of areas from the one tag.
at present i am having to create a seperate parameter and enter the feet in manually, which is rubbish because it doesn't update automatically
thanks in advance

First off you're not scheduleing the room tag. In Revit 9.0 you're scheduling the room element itself. Second what I would do to schedule feet and meters in the same schedule is add a calculated value parameter with the formula... Area * (929.0304 / 10000) / 1 SF
You won't get the Meters Square Suffix but you will get an automatically calculated value.
