Is there a way to demolish parts of walls? As opposed to breaking up a
wall into multiple parts and then assigning demo/existing?
thanks

If you have a wall that is one part existing and another is demo or something you have to split the wall and make it two different walls. It cant be one wall and assigned two phases.
