I'm trying to dimension for a quadrant point to a quadrant point on two circular walls. Is this possible without some dopey workaround? If not, shame on the Revit folks.

yea it is you just have to start your dimension from something straight/parrallel (like a line or wall) to that quadrant and then continue and dimension all the points you want, and then go back and unpick the the line that you started with and it should be right.

Just draw two reference planes parallel and lining up with the quadrant points and dimension these; simple! JOHN

Select the walls and turn on the centre marks if you haven't already. Then simply select linear dimension instead of the default aligned dimension to the lock the dimension string to be horizontal or vertical. HTH.
