Is there a way to do this (see image attachment) in Revit? I know I am able to do a Vertically Compound Wall with adjustable height in the finishes, but it won't let me "unlock" a split finish at the line where I split it. I know I can "stack" the walls to have this type of profile, but would like to avoid it if possible.

Ok this may be long and confusing but stick with me. Let me know if you get confused. Make a wall and go into the properties of it. Click edit new. Make sure that you can see a preview of the wall. In the preview portion you can choose a view that you are seeing the wall in section view(the drop down for this should be right next where you can toggel the preview on and off) Then click "Edit" next to Structure under the construction label. Since you want to break the rock on the interior select your most interior layer of the wall. Click insert and modify that new item to what ever you want. Then you need to "Split Region" go ahead and do this twice for the break between the gyp and the void and then the void and the upper gyp, hear you can edit the dimension for the three parts of the wall (Gyp, no gyp, Gyp) in the lateral direction. High light a row of your materials and then click assign layers and then on the section view select the part of the split, that you just did, that you want to be that material. Do the same thing for the other portion of the slpit wall face. You could also just make a void sweep and put that on your wall where you want it. I will try and get a screne shot of a wall that I made like that and post it on here for you.
