Can anybody explain how to add the elevations of doors and windows to the schedules that are created within Revit, which only contains cells. Want the old style schedule showing elevations with maybe dimensions added.
There are elevations in the families, van these be exported ?

You can create visual door and window schedules using the legend tool and legend components.
Simply create a new legend, then place legend components of each of the types of windows you want (under the drafting tab) then dimension and annotate them as you require.
We then use this in conjunction with a standard text schedule.

When I add the window (schedule) Legend to a sheet the deatil number is a "?". HOw do I get that to show up as a detail number or do I just need to create a new view title family and get rid of it?
