Greetings.

I will do my best to explain ... I have a request to create a detail component that will graphically represent a retaining wall on our site plans.  See the image from our Site Legend ...

I have been trying to add an array to the detail component but the component doesn't end well.  So I've been trying to add a mask cut off the array for a clean termination.  However I find that new pattern elements created by the array, alway sit in front of the mask.  I have attached my WIP family.

Is there a way to set the mask to always be infront of the array items?  I would appreciate any suggestions.
